Chapter 2
Module 2 Summary
Chapter 2 covered a great deal of what e-mail is and extensively went over detail in terminology and the etiquette of e-mailing. I’m not new to e-mailing, I’ve done it for years for school, but I never really looked too in-depth on every detail. E-mails are quite convenient and simple, being able to send a message to someone else is only the first layer but the ability to save information on contacts and set up personal filters is a neat feature I didn’t put much thought into. I also learned quite a bit about netiquette, nothing that I didn’t hear before but adding more information to what I already knew, including what CC and BCC means and how to use them.
